I purchased some thin beef sausages, very impressed...I also purchased a cut of fillet sourced from the Tablelands, reasonably marbled and thick cut. 4.5min each side in a low Webber bbq medium. I added some standard meat rub. This is hands down the best steak I've eaten in a long while. You can cook it how you like of course. It was juicy, tender and flavoursome - just great. Highly recommend this butcher.
